Earlier this morning my father, Charles passed away peacefully in his sleep. This comes after a long road of battling cancer, dealing with remission, dialysis and hospice.
He held on to the end, and went out gracefully with dignity.

Gaon, Hello my name is Glenn Sackett, I too grew up with your dad, dating back to Burbank grammer school. We became good friends, and classmates, for a very long time. I'm so sorry for your loss, as well as the loss of an old friend, Charles will be missed by so many, I did get to visit with him a few years back in Concord, or Walnut creek, not sure which, but am deeply sadened by this news. God's strength to you and your family, through this difficult time.
